Lead Product Designer

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design strategy and execution for ClassPass partner-facing SaaS products.
• Turn behavioral insights into thoughtful experiences that remove friction and deepen engagement.
• Lead discovery efforts, including user research, interviews, and data synthesis.
• Translate complex business objectives into intuitive and effective product experiences.
• Mentor team members by providing incisive feedback and modeling high design standards.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners in Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Research.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional product design experience.
• A portfolio demonstrating deep craft and end-to-end product thinking within complex systems and workflows.
• Proven ability to analyze both qualitative and quantitative insights to drive actionable recommendations.
• Strong product thinking skills with the ability to form rigorous hypotheses and influence team direction.
• Experience navigating ambiguity and leading cross-functional teams through complex problem spaces.

Preferred Qualifications

• An evolving perspective on the role of AI and automation in enhancing creative output and customer value.
• Experience designing for large-scale SaaS platforms or business-facing tools.
