Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product experience from ordering through sequencing results
• Establish a design system for UI and data visualization
• Focus on the sequencing results experience to deliver value to customers
• Work with engineers and bioinformaticians to turn complex workflows into intuitive software

Requirements

• Portfolio showing range and craft with production-ready work
• Track record of operating semi-autonomously (founding designer, senior IC, or design lead)
• Ability to ramp fast in technical domains and handle complexity

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience wearing a PM hat and influencing product decisions
• Experience designing for deep technical domains or complex data visualizations
• Proven history of building solutions to problems independently
