Lead Product Designer

Responsibilities

• Partner with cross-functional teams to prioritize, ship, and deliver measurable design results
• Lead and coordinate multiple complex initiatives simultaneously
• Create design flows, prototypes, sketches, and polished UI
• Facilitate design critiques and provide constructive feedback
• Drive process improvements across the design lifecycle
• Transform workflows by integrating AI into smarter systems and ways of working
• Contribute to design culture through interviewing and mentoring

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional product design experience
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design work from problem definition to iteration
• Experience driving product growth through experimentation and data-informed design
• Hands-on experience or strong interest in experimenting with AI tools and workflows
• Systems-thinking mindset for designing scalable patterns and components
• Ability to collaborate effectively in fast-paced environments
• Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability
