Lead Product Designer

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of product designers and contribute to their professional development
• Manage and guide continuous user experience research and user testing initiatives
• Produce and review comprehensive discoveries derived from regular user research
• Prioritize design backlogs and manage design sprints effectively
• Review team output on a regular basis to ensure high quality
• Track, report, and achieve relevant design metrics and KPIs
• Develop and implement both short-term and long-term design strategies
• Represent the design team in various forums and conduct thought leadership workshops

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in Product Design for user-facing mobile and web applications
• Strong ability to lead teams and drive design strategy

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the transportation, deliveries, or eCommerce sectors
• Experience working within the Middle East market (specifically KSA and Jordan)
• Native Arabic speaker
• MBA or an advanced degree
