Lead Product Designer

Responsibilities

• Shape how users discover, decide, and book experiences across mobile and web
• Own problem spaces end to end, from early exploration through implementation and iteration
• Build scalable design systems that work across diverse geographies and languages
• Use AI tools to explore solution directions, uncover edge cases, and improve design speed and quality
• Collaborate closely with engineers to prototype and ship high-quality interactions
• Influence product direction and align cross-functional teams around product tradeoffs

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience designing consumer-facing digital products
• Proven track record of driving improvements in both user experience and product metrics
• Ability to turn ambiguous inputs and fragmented insights into clear product opportunities
• Proficiency using AI across the design workflow
• Experience contributing to production using AI tools like Cursor or Claude Code
• High bar for craft with strong attention to detail in UI and interactions
• Strong collaboration and influence skills
