Lead Product Designer

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the entire design process, crafting thoughtful, user-centered experiences that address complex workflows and drive measurable outcomes.
• Design products and interfaces at the frontier of AI, including those fueled by agentic workflows and new interaction patterns.
• Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and data science teams to design, test, and ship features that address real user needs.
• Meet with partners and associates from top VC firms to solve tangible problems in venture sourcing and discovery.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in product design, with a proven track record of shipping impactful products.
• Experience collaborating closely with engineering and product teams to deliver high-quality features.
• Strong visual polish and functional clarity, with a sharp eye for pixel-perfect detail.
• Ability to design for complex, agentic AI workflows and data-driven applications.
• Clear communication skills to explain design rationale and inspire stakeholder buy-in.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AI-driven products or enterprise SaaS tools.
• Background in designing complex search interfaces or tools that support business relationships and operational workflows.
