Lead Product Designer

Responsibilities

• Own the design of new 0-1 products and expand on existing products from discovery through launch
• Partner with Product and Engineering to act as a thought leader in shaping strategy and driving execution
• Work directly with clients and stakeholders to translate customer and business needs into usable product experiences
• Navigate tradeoffs between user needs, data, AI/ML capabilities, technical feasibility, and regulatory requirements
• Present and articulate design decisions using product thinking, research insights, and data
• Contribute to and advise on the evolution of the design system and shared patterns
• Raise the bar for design quality through strong craft and thoughtful collaboration

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience designing digital products
• Deep experience in B2B enterprise software and highly regulated or complex problem spaces
• Strong systems thinking and ability to design for scale
• Deep expertise in UX research, interaction design, and visual design
• Proven ability to lead design initiatives in ambiguous environments
• Exceptional communication skills to influence decisions and align partners
• Experience designing data-driven and/or machine learning products
• Collaborative, empathetic, and proactive mindset
