Lead Product Designer

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product design processes including research, wireframing, high-fidelity mocks, and prototypes
• Shape and scale the design system to ensure consistency, accessibility, and execution speed
• Mentor and support a team of designers to foster craft, growth, and collaboration
• Collaborate deeply with Product and Engineering leaders to define user-centered features
• Advocate for UX best practices through user interviews, usability testing, and design critiques
• Set and uphold design standards across mobile (iOS/Android) and web platforms
• Balance strategic vision with hands-on execution for high-impact design initiatives

Requirements

• 7+ years of product design experience, ideally within consumer-facing platforms
• Proven leadership in scaling design systems and mentoring designers
• Mastery of Figma and advanced prototyping tools
• Strong UX fundamentals with the ability to translate research into human-centered designs
• Experience working effectively in dynamic, cross-functional environments
• Ability to navigate ambiguity with high ownership and a focus on speed
