Lead Product Designer

Responsibilities

• Own and lead the end-to-end design lifecycle for core applications, from wireframes to high-fidelity prototypes
• Influence product strategy by partnering with Product and Engineering teams to prioritize features
• Align cross-functional stakeholders by communicating design vision and rationale
• Facilitate collaborative problem-solving through workshops to translate complex needs into actionable solutions
• Champion the user by conducting usability testing and gathering continuous feedback
• Execute and ship high-quality designs by working closely with front-end developers
• Elevate the design culture by advocating for UX best practices and staying updated on emerging technologies

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in product design (UX/UI) with a strong portfolio of software applications
• Proficiency in modern design and prototyping tools, specifically Figma
• Strong strategic product thinking and ability to solve complex user problems
• Proven expertise in user research and usability testing methodologies
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with a high degree of autonomy
• Bachelor's or higher degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Design, or a related field preferred

• Experience working in successful tech companies (startup, scale-up, or large tech)
• Experience designing for AI-powered products, complex data visualizations, or enterprise-grade applications
• Passion for prototyping and a degree of technical acumen
