About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own the KPI tree and core metrics for business onboarding to ensure alignment and communicate recommendations to senior stakeholders
  • Use data exploration and funnel analysis to identify high-impact opportunities and prioritize projects with the highest leverage
  • Lead experimentation and A/B tests, defining hypotheses and analyzing results to drive product roadmap recommendations
  • Build and maintain data products and dashboards to empower self-service data literacy for PMs, designers, and engineers
  • Design LLM-ready data foundations, including clean business entities, event schemas, and semantic definitions for AI usability
  • Partner with product managers, engineers, and designers throughout the product development lifecycle to iterate based on insights

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in analytical roles with excellent SQL skills and the ability to query large, complex datasets
  • Strong product analytics craft in areas such as funnel analysis, customer segmentation, cohort analysis, or metrics decomposition
  • Experience with data product ownership, including building production-grade assets like dbt models, Airflow jobs, or semantic layers
  • Understanding of LLM-ready data principles, including metadata, stable identifiers, and documentation for AI retrieval
  • Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and communicate complex findings clearly to stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in the B2B space and understanding business customers' financial needs
  • Experience with A/B testing, causal inference, or onboarding frameworks (KYC/KYB)
  • Demonstrated capability to utilize AI and machine learning to enhance analytical results and automate routine work
