Lead Product Analyst

Responsibilities

• Drive product strategy for High Volume customers by bridging the gap between data and product insights
• Lead insight generation and impact tracking for verification processes to improve documentation requirements and reduce friction
• Analyze service quality and response times to help scale support operations and prevent customer churn
• Partner with Product Managers to set KPIs and monitor the impact of new features on conversion, stickiness, and engagement
• Use first principles thinking to structure and solve ambiguous, open-ended problems to ensure the team focuses on the most impactful opportunities

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in analytical roles
• Strong technical skills in SQL and Python
• Proven experience conducting A/B testing and causal analyses to determine product impact
• Strong stakeholder management skills with a collaborative approach and a bias to action
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable product strategy

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience delivering high-quality data and self-serve analytics using tools like Airflow, dbt, and Looker
• Practical application of AI/machine learning techniques and building predictive models
• Knowledge of the FinTech ecosystem
