Responsibilities

• Drive the evolution of Business Accounts by uncovering opportunities for US SMBs.
• Identify customer journey friction points to enhance trust and reliability through data.
• Establish clear goals and KPIs for North American squads to optimize long-term value.
• Manage complex projects and dependencies while building scalable data pipelines.
• Mentor junior team members, providing technical guidance and feedback on storytelling.

Requirements

• Proven ability to derive actionable insights from complex datasets.
• Experience establishing and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Ability to build and maintain scalable data pipelines.
• Experience managing complex, mid-sized to large-scale projects.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop junior analysts.
