Lead Product Analyst - Operations

Responsibilities

• Build and refine analytical models for strategic capacity planning and forecasting to align with business growth.
• Take ownership of data pipelines to ensure reliability, accuracy, and high-quality data flow.
• Develop predictive models and perform cause-and-effect analysis to optimize operational processes.
• Provide strategic insights into operational health, including cost analysis and impact on customer experience.
• Lead the development of the operations KPI tree and target-setting frameworks.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to standardize processes across forecasting, scheduling, and real-time operations.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in analytics with a systems-thinking approach to complex problems.
• Strong quantitative and statistical background (probability, hypothesis testing, regression, time series analysis).
• Proven experience in operational analytics, such as efficiency analysis, cost modeling, or process optimization.
• Proficiency in SQL (experience with Snowflake is a plus) and advanced analysis using Python or R.
• Experience with data visualization tools like Looker, Superset, or Tableau.
• Ability to communicate insights effectively and influence stakeholders across different teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with optimization problems like queuing theory, scheduling, or resource allocation.
• Familiarity with forecasting techniques such as ARIMA or Holt-Winters.
• Experience building data foundations for ML/AI, including feature engineering and structured event data.
• Prior experience in operations, servicing, or compliance domains.
• Familiarity with workforce management, quality assurance, or knowledge management analytics.
• Experience with dbt, Airflow, or Git.
