Lead Producer

Responsibilities

• Plan deliverables with Producers, Project Leads, and Directors
• Validate project roadmaps, feasibility, and manage risks and trade-offs
• Drive development through the entire project lifecycle
• Supervise and mentor Producers, including performance reviews and career growth
• Provide clear, timely, and regular communication to stakeholders
• Coordinate dependencies and enforce production best practices
• Participate in the recruitment process and conduct interviews
• Manage special projects as production needs evolve

Requirements

• Experience in management positions such as Lead Producer, Senior Producer, or Development Director
• Deep understanding of development methodologies and production life cycles
• Proven ability to prioritize and manage complex operational issues
• Strong leadership skills with experience recruiting and motivating high-performing teams
• Excellent emotional intelligence and ability to manage high-pressure situations

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing content creation teams like Audio, VFX, or Maps
• Experience launching and operating live service games (Games As A Service)
• Experience managing teams through all phases of the production cycle
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt strategies to changing project conditions
