Lead Producer

Responsibilities

• Plan deliverables with Producers, Project Leads and Directors
• Validate project roadmaps, feasibility and keep stakeholders informed of risks and trade-offs
• Drive development through the project's entire lifecycle
• Supervise and mentor Producers, including performance reviews and career growth
• Provide clear, timely, and regular communication to teams and stakeholders
• Coordinate dependencies and enforce best practices with the Executive Producer and Production Director
• Participate in the recruitment process and conduct candidate interviews

Requirements

• Experience in management positions such as Lead Producer, Senior Producer, or Development Director
• Deep understanding of development methodologies, production life cycles, tools, and processes
• Ability to prioritize and manage complex operational issues
• Proven leadership skills in recruiting and motivating high-functioning teams
• Excellent emotional intelligence and ability to deliver empathetic feedback

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing content creation teams (Maps, World Immersion, Audio & FX)
• Experience launching and operating live service games (Games As A Service)
• Experience managing teams through all phases of the production cycle
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and adjust strategies as project conditions change
