Lead Producer

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of the most critical, complex, and high-impact projects across the TCG studio
• Translate high-level strategic direction into actionable, scalable plans with clear milestones, ownership, and accountability
• Drive cross-functional execution across game design, art, product, brand, licensing, and operations
• Proactively identify systemic risks, gaps, and inefficiencies, and implement solutions that improve team execution
• Stand up and lead new workstreams, experiments, and partnerships from concept through execution
• Establish and evolve project tracking, reporting frameworks, and communication cadences
• Influence prioritization, resourcing, and tradeoff decisions in partnership with leadership
• Manage external vendors, partners, and contractors to ensure quality and delivery standards
• Act as a central point of accountability for team commitments and execution standards

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in production, program management, or operations within complex, cross-functional environments
• Proven track record of leading large-scale, ambiguous initiatives from concept to delivery
• Experience managing external partners, vendors, or licensors
• Strong understanding of the trading card game or collectibles landscape and player/collector behavior

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in gaming, entertainment, collectibles, or consumer products
