Responsibilities

• Own the full production from concept handoff through shoot day and wrap
• Work with creative to flesh out concepts, research requirements, and outline practical execution
• Work with legal to research and clear production requirements
• Lead outbound coordination including locations, talent, experts, permits, and props
• Build and manage production plans, call sheets, and shot lists
• Oversee the AP and JP across all productions with clear deliverables
• Make fast decisions on the ground when production needs shift
• Manage brand integrations and external relationships tied to videos
• Keep all departments informed with clear, accurate updates

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience as a producer, preferably in YouTube, digital content, or fast-paced unscripted production
• Proven track record of running full productions independently
• Strong creative judgment and operational discipline
• Ability to make high-stakes calls quickly with limited information
• Humble, collaborative, and proactive mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Solid network of production contacts (locations, crew, talent, vendors)
• Background or skills in directing, field producing, or creative producing

• Salary: $145,000 - $160,000 DOE
