Lead Preschool Spanish Teacher

Responsibilities

• Lead a mixed-age Spanish Immersion preschool classroom in a Montessori environment
• Observe children to support physical, intellectual, and emotional development
• Prepare and maintain an orderly classroom that fosters concentration and independence
• Provide individualized and small-group lessons in practical life, literacy, and math
• Build respectful relationships and communicate with families regarding child growth

Requirements

• Fluent or Native Spanish speaker
• Montessori diploma for ages 3–6 or willingness to obtain certification
• Experience working with children ages 3–6 in a group setting
• Alignment with child-led philosophies like Montessori or Reggio Emilia
• Required ECE or Child Development credits
• Bachelor’s degree in any field
