Lead Prek Teacher

Responsibilities

• Prepare engaging lessons using the provided curriculum
• Provide responsive and attentive care to children in a fast-paced environment
• Build positive relationships with families through daily communication and updates
• Foster a love of learning in a preschool setting
• Collaborate with the teaching team to maintain an inspiring classroom

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Experience teaching in a licensed preschool setting
• At least 18 years of age

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
• CDA (Child Development Associate Certification)
• 5–10 years of experience in a licensed childcare setting
• 2–3 years of experience in a Montessori school setting
• Spanish fluency
