About the role

Responsibilities

  • Take the lead in CP and strategy meetings
  • Have oversight of s.47 enquiries and child protection plans
  • Lead CP conferences
  • Lead reflective and group supervision with the team
  • Provide consultation, oversight and supervision across the team

Requirements

  • Qualified social worker
  • Minimum 4 years post-qualified experience in children and family services
  • Registered with SWE
  • Eligible to work in the UK
  • UK driving licence holder
