About the role
Responsibilities
- Take the lead in CP and strategy meetings
- Have oversight of s.47 enquiries and child protection plans
- Lead CP conferences
- Lead reflective and group supervision with the team
- Provide consultation, oversight and supervision across the team
Requirements
- Qualified social worker
- Minimum 4 years post-qualified experience in children and family services
- Registered with SWE
- Eligible to work in the UK
- UK driving licence holder
