Lead Power BI Analyst

Responsibilities

• Lead analytics initiatives across shipment, retail POS, distributor, and consumer panel datasets
• Build integrated reporting solutions leveraging NielsenIQ, Circana, Kantar, and Ipsos
• Architect and lead development of enterprise-scale Power BI dashboards and semantic models
• Standardize reporting templates and oversee deployment pipelines and workspace governance
• Collaborate with data engineering teams to optimize ETL and data transformation pipelines
• Evaluate and implement AI-powered analytics capabilities like Microsoft Copilot
• Serve as a trusted analytics advisor to Sales, Marketing, and Category Management teams

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Power BI development and market intelligence analytics
• Hands-on experience with CPG/FMCG datasets (NielsenIQ, Circana, Kantar, Ipsos)
• Expertise in Power BI Desktop & Service, DAX, Power Query, M language, and SQL
• Strong understanding of data warehousing, ETL, and enterprise BI governance
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies
• Excellent executive storytelling and presentation capabilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Factory, Synapse, or Databricks
• Experience with AI/GenBI-driven analytics and natural language querying
