Lead, Portfolio Analytics Architect

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Portfolio Analytics Architects in a "player/coach" capacity
• Manage end-to-end data validation processes for client conversion projects
• Drive process automation and scalability through custom Python logic and AI-driven integrations
• Develop scalable data analytics processes within Databricks to detect and remediate data anomalies
• Provide mentorship, performance management, and career development for team members
• Partner with internal teams to optimize workflow efficiency and execute strategic initiatives
• Plan staffing levels and collaborate with recruiting to hire and onboard new talent

Requirements

• B.S. in Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Business, or Economics
• 2+ years of experience in Technology, Finance, or Consulting
• Hands-on experience working with complex investment datasets (multi-asset class, performance, and market data)
• Proficiency in Python, Spark, and/or SQL with familiarity with ETL fundamentals
• Working knowledge of REST APIs
• Experience with Databricks or other cloud-based distributed data platforms
• Demonstrated leadership and managerial ability with a track record of leading client initiatives

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience with investment management software implementations
• Experience using Salesforce
