Lead, Portfolio Analytics Architect

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Portfolio Analytics Architects in a "player/coach" capacity, managing objectives, goals, and performance.
• Oversee the end-to-end data validation process for client conversion projects.
• Identify and drive opportunities to automate workflows and improve internal tooling and processes.
• Develop scalable data analytics processes for validation using Databricks.
• Write custom Python logic to detect large-scale data anomalies and automate remediation.
• Implement AI-driven automation and LLM integrations to streamline implementation.
• Mentor and develop staff through consistent 1:1s, performance reviews, and career development planning.
• Partner with other leadership to optimize team efficiency and execute strategic initiatives.

Requirements

• B.S. in Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Business, or Economics.
• 2+ years of experience in Technology, Finance, or Consulting.
• Hands-on experience working with complex investment datasets (multi-asset class portfolios, performance data, etc.).
• Proficiency in Python, Spark, and/or SQL with familiarity with ETL fundamentals.
• Working knowledge of REST APIs.
• Experience with Databricks or other cloud-based distributed data platforms.
• Demonstrated leadership and managerial ability with success leading client initiatives and teams.
• Must have the right to work in the United Kingdom from the first day of employment (no visa sponsorship available).

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience with investment management software implementations.
• Experience using Salesforce.
