Lead, Platform Growth and Operations

Responsibilities

• Lead the continuous refinement of market performance monitoring and management frameworks to drive growth through data analysis and market intelligence.
• Assist in developing regional driver and user retention strategies and localizing them into market-specific action plans.
• Conduct ongoing performance reviews and implement optimization initiatives, such as user promotions and engagement campaigns, to maximize marketplace demand.
• Manage the online platform budget for designated markets to maximize the effectiveness and ROI of all implemented initiatives.
• Collaborate with BI & Analytics teams to develop scalable data solutions and partner with city operations teams to ensure business objectives are met.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Operations or a similar analytical role, preferably within a high-growth start-up environment.
• Proven experience working with, analyzing, and presenting findings from large, complex data sets.
• Strong project management skills with a track record of managing multiple stakeholders effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with fluent proficiency in English.
• Knowledge of the Southeast Asia (SEA) market.
• Fluency in Tagalog is a significant plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in team management.
• Ability to work effectively within cross-cultural and cross-functional teams.
