Lead Platform Developer

Responsibilities

• Define the technical strategy and lead the development of a unified platform across GCP, Azure, and on-premise infrastructure
• Establish common capabilities and frameworks to enable product teams to deliver faster and more autonomously
• Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and GitHub Actions
• Develop internal services and frameworks to ensure system scalability and stability
• Set standards for observability using metrics and tracing to proactively detect errors
• Integrate security, encryption, and access management into the development lifecycle

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in platform or infrastructure development
• Practical experience with DevSecOps
• Proficiency in cloud platforms such as GCP, Azure, or AWS
• Strong backend skills in languages like Kotlin, Java, Go, Python, or C#
• Deep understanding of distributed systems architecture and technical debt management

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building and scaling platform teams
• Ability to navigate complex multi-cloud environments
