Lead Planning Engineer

Responsibilities

• Create, update, and maintain detailed project schedules for offshore Oil & Gas projects involving process platforms
• Monitor progress, identify deviations from baseline schedules, and propose/implement corrective actions
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, installation, and commissioning teams to ensure alignment with project milestones
• Perform schedule risk analysis and maintain risk registers
• Prepare weekly and monthly project progress reports
• Support contract change management, claims preparation, and delay analysis
• Participate in project close-out, lessons learned, and feedback to relevant departments
• Supervise and guide a team of Senior Planning Engineers and Planning Engineers

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related discipline
• 7–10 years of experience in offshore Oil & Gas projects, specifically with process platforms
• Proven experience supervising and leading planning teams
• Fluency in English
