Lead Piping Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all piping engineering activities for offshore projects at Umm Shaif Super Complex USSC
• Act as the primary technical authority for piping and layout engineering ensuring compliance with ADNOC standards
• Lead piping engineering for integrating compressor, dryer, and receiver packages
• Oversee piping material engineering, specifications, and MTO compliance
• Lead brownfield integration and tie-in engineering for existing networks
• Govern 3D model reviews using AVEVA (E3D/PDMS) or SP3D
• Review and approve piping stress analysis and support design
• Provide discipline input for HAZID, HAZOP, and process safety reviews
• Coordinate with EPC, OEMs, and ADNOC operations teams
• Provide QA/QC oversight for welding, NDT, and hydrotesting
• Support offshore construction and commissioning activities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Piping Engineering
• 15+ years of experience in Oil & Gas EPC projects
• Mandatory offshore experience, preferably with brownfield platform projects
• Mandatory ADNOC Offshore approval or eligibility
• Proficiency in AVEVA (E3D/PDMS) or SP3D
• Knowledge of ASME B31.3 and ADNOC standards

Preferred Qualifications

• Chartered Engineer status or equivalent certification
