Lead Physical Therapist

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care and clinical leadership
• Oversee the overall leadership and operation of the Bechtelsville facility
• Manage marketing efforts for the facility
• Lead staff development and clinic care
• Transition into the Clinic Director role

Requirements

• Current and valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist in Pennsylvania
• Previous staff supervisory responsibility, preferably in an outpatient orthopedic setting
• Ability to market the clinic
• Strong passion for orthopedic physical therapy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
