About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop new cross-channel approaches and methods for Performance Strategy
- Drive AI adoption and innovation within the Performance Practice
- Monitor trends in measurement, audience targeting, tracking, and reporting
- Connect Performance Topic Leads across different disciplines
- Act as a mentor and strategic sparring partner for teams and pitch leads
- Lead the Performance Marketing workstream in client pitches
- Challenge activation teams and identify innovation potential in data and measurement
- Participate in client meetings and industry events like panels and conferences
Requirements
- 5 to 7 years of experience in Performance Marketing (Search, Social, Display, Programmatic)
- Deep understanding of measurement, attribution, tracking, and reporting (MMM, MTA, Incrementality)
- Practical experience with GA4, BigQuery, and Google Tag Manager
- Proficiency with AI tools like Claude or generative AI for analysis
- Experience leading performance workstreams in pitches
- Strong strategic and conceptual thinking skills
- Ability to communicate complex performance topics clearly
- Fluent German and English
