A1 is building a proactive smart assistant for everyday users to bring intelligence to conversations, errands, organizing, and workflows. The mission is to create high-reliability, AI-native tools that handle multi-step reasoning and real-world task completion.
Responsibilities
- Define the People Systems Strategy and technology architecture across recruiting, HR operations, and workforce data
- Design and implement systems supporting recruiting workflows, employee lifecycle management, and internal operations
- Evaluate and integrate HR technology platforms and internal tools
- Ensure data quality, governance, and security across all People systems
- Establish a clear roadmap for People systems and HR technology
- Partner with engineering teams, People, Recruiting, and Operations leaders to support strategic workforce planning
Requirements
- Strong experience with HR systems, recruiting systems, or internal operational platforms
- Technical degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent hands-on experience
- Ability to discuss APIs, data models, system architecture, and integration patterns with engineers
- Technical understanding of systems architecture, integrations, and data management
- Experience building or scaling People systems in a growing organization
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and independent problem-solving skills
