Lead People Partner

Responsibilities

• Serve as the strategic HR partner for North America GTM leaders and teams, aligning people strategies to business priorities
• Diagnose organizational concerns related to structure, effectiveness, talent, and leadership capability
• Build and operationalize practical, scalable people solutions that address root causes
• Partner with leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, and role clarity
• Coach leaders through complex people matters and lead change initiatives
• Provide broad employee relations support, including performance management, investigations, and risk mitigation
• Use data and business context to influence decisions and shape actions

Requirements

• 7–10 years of progressive HRBP experience
• PHR or SPHR certification required, or equivalent HR credential
• Demonstrated experience supporting senior leaders in a strategic capacity
• Proven ability in organizational design and workforce planning
• Broad employee relations experience handling complex and sensitive matters
• Strong influencing, coaching, and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting North America GTM organizations
• Experience in a private company environment
• Background in high-growth or transformation-oriented organizations
• Strong analytical mindset to connect people insights to business decisions
