Lead People Partner

Responsibilities

• Serve as the strategic HR partner for North America GTM leaders, aligning people strategies with business priorities
• Diagnose organizational concerns regarding structure, talent, leadership capability, and team health
• Build and operationalize scalable people solutions that address root causes and support business outcomes
• Partner with leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, and role clarity
• Coach leaders through complex people matters using a balanced, business-minded approach
• Lead change initiatives across the client group, ensuring strong communication and adoption
• Provide broad employee relations support, including performance management, investigations, and risk mitigation
• Use data and business context to influence decisions and shape organizational actions

Requirements

• 7–10 years of progressive HRBP experience, including direct support of business teams
• PHR or SPHR certification required, or an equivalent HR credential
• Demonstrated experience supporting senior leaders in a strategic HRBP capacity
• Proven expertise in organizational design and workforce planning
• Extensive experience in employee relations, including handling complex and sensitive matters
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong influencing, coaching, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting North America Go-To-Market (GTM) organizations
• Experience working within a private company environment
• Background in high-growth or transformation-oriented organizations
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to connect people insights to business decisions
