About the role
Responsibilities
- Deliver day-to-day People & Culture (P&C) administrative activities, including recruitment, onboarding, and payroll.
- Maintain accurate colleague records and ensure high levels of confidentiality and trust.
- Support performance management, talent succession, employee relations, engagement, and well-being initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies to mitigate business risk.
- Support the delivery of core learning programs and mandatory training.
- Report on P&C activities and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Identify and recommend administrative improvements to increase efficiency within the store.
Requirements
- Proven experience working as an HR Administrator or in a similar People & Culture role.
- Previous experience working within a retail environment is preferred.
- Working knowledge of local employment legislation and HR best practices.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills with an interest in developing commercial acumen.
