Lead Party Host

Responsibilities

• Perform general office duties including scheduling parties, answering emails, and handling phone calls
• Ensure all parties follow the approved schedule and timeline
• Supervise staff and ensure assigned duties are performed correctly
• Assist with staff training and shadow training
• Reposition staff as needed to serve participants effectively
• Provide a fun, safe, and clean atmosphere while facilitating parties
• Engage parents and participants to provide excellent customer service
• Maintain supply and inventory systems
• Handle all incident and accident reports
• Promote and market birthday parties to meet monthly goals

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age
• Availability to work weekends (Saturday 12pm-6pm, Sunday 10am-3pm) and weekdays for administrative work
• 6-9 months of related experience or equivalent education/experience
• Strong customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Ability to stand for the entire shift and lift up to 40lbs
• Punctual, reliable, and enthusiastic team player
• Must pass criminal history background check, Sex Offender Registry check, and drug screen

Preferred Qualifications

• 12 months of experience working with children
