Lead Paramedic & Clinical Educator

Responsibilities

• Manage the on-site EMS program, including coverage planning, readiness activities, and operational coordination
• Serve as the senior paramedic resource for EMTs and paramedics, providing clinical mentorship and protocol oversight
• Develop and deliver EMS training, including skills sessions, simulation exercises, and competency assessments
• Support clinical quality improvement through case reviews, after-action reviews, and protocol updates
• Perform advanced emergency care, including IV access, intubation, and 12-lead ECG interpretation
• Maintain EMS training records, certification tracking, and inventory readiness

Requirements

• Current U.S. state Paramedic license with National Registry EMT-P
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Advanced trauma course certification (PHTLS, ITLS, TCCC, or equivalent)
• Minimum three years of paramedic experience
• Demonstrated experience in EMS instruction or clinical education
• U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident with a valid passport
• Ability to obtain and maintain MRPT security clearance

Preferred Qualifications

• Paramedic experience in remote, military, or complex international operational environments
• Current security clearance
• Strong leadership and rapid decision-making skills
