Lead or Senior Responsible Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead a multidisciplinary engineering team to oversee the design, manufacturing, and testing of the PAC-3 Power Assembly subsystem
• Establish a culture of proactive technical oversight, risk management, and rapid issue resolution
• Lead requirement, function, and interface development for the PAC-3 PA subsystem of the seeker
• Oversee product design in support of development, production, and sustainment changes
• Present technical data at Design Reviews, product Acceptance and Qualification Reviews, and Delivery Reviews
• Act as the technical authority over the development, design, production, and test of the assigned PAC-3 Seeker or Seeker Subsystem

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, or Chemistry
• 5+ years of experience leading multi-disciplinary engineering teams in development or production environments
• Experience executing engineering tasks in support of program milestone reviews (SRR, PDR, CDR, etc.)
• Fundamental knowledge in power distribution systems, complex airborne power systems, or Seeker/Radar system power architectures
• Active U.S. Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required)

Preferred Qualifications

• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex systems and troubleshoot technical issues
• Familiarity with technical proposal development
• Experience with test equipment design and validation
• Experience mentoring early career engineers
