Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the Operator team through structured 1:1s and real-time feedback
• Own daily operator workflow, room readiness, and shift scheduling
• Act as the operational escalation point on the clinic floor
• Monitor operator KPIs including scan quality, SOP adherence, and hospitality scores
• Support Talent Acquisition with operator recruitment and trial shift coordination
• Lead on-floor training and competency checks
• Remain hands-on as a scanning operator to role-model standards
• Partner with Facilities, Tech, and Governance on safety and maintenance

Requirements

• Previous people leadership or operational management experience
• Proven ability to maintain composure and set the tone under pressure
• Experience in developing colleagues and delivering constructive feedback
• Ability to manage difficult performance conversations
• Must have both Lead Operator and Clinic Lead approval to apply
