Lead Operator

Responsibilities

• Attain weekly production goals by defining daily schedule sequences and allocating resources
• Manage and escalate production exceptions as appropriate
• Drive daily improvements through standard work processes and improvement projects
• Ensure all manufacturing documentation and reconciliation is completed per FSP
• Execute manufacturing plans according to schedules or visual pull signals
• Maintain technical knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment maintenance
• Advocate for proactive safety performance to eliminate risky conditions

Requirements

• 1-3 years of Operator 3, Lead, or equivalent experience
• High School Diploma or GED
• Proficiency in SAP
• Strong computer skills with Microsoft Word and Excel
• Ability to communicate written and verbal instructions effectively
• Ability to provide leadership within a team environment
