About the role
Responsibilities
- Build out and document a tiered, end-to-end audit process focusing on creative production workflows
- Define a standardized operational model for each audit phase including scope, methodology, inputs, and outputs
- Create repeatable workflows and quality standards for conducting operational and creative audits
- Collaborate with agency craft leads to define craft-specific audit deliverables
- Partner with the Growth team to build client-facing materials, service descriptions, and scoping tools
Requirements
- In-depth expertise in marketing agency operations and delivery processes
- Proven experience as a project or program manager establishing workflows in project-based environments
- Strong frameworks and systems design thinking with a service design mindset
- Ability to translate practitioner knowledge into documented, scalable processes
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills for engaging senior stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience building repeatable service offerings or consulting methodologies
