About the role

Responsibilities

  • Build out and document a tiered, end-to-end audit process focusing on creative production workflows
  • Define a standardized operational model for each audit phase including scope, methodology, inputs, and outputs
  • Create repeatable workflows and quality standards for conducting operational and creative audits
  • Collaborate with agency craft leads to define craft-specific audit deliverables
  • Partner with the Growth team to build client-facing materials, service descriptions, and scoping tools

Requirements

  • In-depth expertise in marketing agency operations and delivery processes
  • Proven experience as a project or program manager establishing workflows in project-based environments
  • Strong frameworks and systems design thinking with a service design mindset
  • Ability to translate practitioner knowledge into documented, scalable processes
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills for engaging senior stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience building repeatable service offerings or consulting methodologies
