Lead, Operations

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and execute all standard operating procedures, including stockroom standards and opening/closing procedures
• Manage strategic tools such as automated scheduling, payroll management, and queue management platforms
• Support inventory needs and merchandise flow to ensure product availability and seamless back-of-house integration
• Champion loss prevention strategies to reduce loss and increase store profitability
• Deliver a superior customer service journey that reflects the brand's "Canadian Warmth" and drives high Net Promoter Scores
• Coach team members on sales floor leadership and behaviors to drive Conversion and Units per Transaction (UPT)
• Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement action plans to achieve sales targets
• Support talent development, recruitment efforts, and an inclusive working environment

Requirements

• 2 to 3 years of leadership experience in a related industry
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field is preferred
• Experience working with luxury lifestyle brands is an asset
• Proficiency in guest relationship management tools, payroll, and expense management
• Solid understanding of retail math, metrics, and analytics to drive business performance
• Strong time management, organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to stand for long periods and work flexible retail hours, including peaks and holidays
