Lead Operational Software Deployment and Integration Engineer

Responsibilities

• Serve as the on-site engineering lead for mission software deployment, integration, and maintenance
• Own system installation, upgrades, patching, and configuration control activities
• Lead on-site integration events, system checkouts, and operational validation efforts
• Deploy and test non-embedded software throughout the end-to-end lifecycle
• Act as the primary engineering liaison at customer sites and participate in technical interchange meetings
• Coordinate rapid field updates and hotfix deployments in live environments
• Provide technical risk assessments and mission readiness briefings to program leadership
• Ensure cybersecurity compliance and alignment with RMF/STIG standards

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• 8+ years of experience in software system integration and test
• Experience with Linux and/or Windows server administration
• 1+ years of experience with network devices including routers, switches, and firewall rules
• Active Top-Secret clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain TS/SCI

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience deploying distributed or mission-critical systems
• Experience working in classified environments
• CompTIA Security+ certification
• Advanced degree in engineering, computer science, mathematics, or a related technical field
