Lead Offshore Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of engineers and designers for major offshore projects
• Coordinate with other operating centers and clients to ensure project success
• Manage project execution within budgeted hours and meet schedules according to industry standards
• Perform manhour estimation, resource planning, and project presentations to management
• Review vendor drawings and coordinate effectively with subcontractors
• Oversee project phases ranging from feasibility and conceptual design to FEED, EPC, and PMC

Requirements

• Graduate Engineer degree; a Master's degree is preferred
• Minimum of 12 years of related experience in offshore engineering
• Sound knowledge in the analysis and design of Jacket and FPSO topsides
• Ability to independently perform and guide In-Service and Pre-Service analyses, including In-place, Pushover, Fatigue, Loadout, Lift, Transportation, Jack-up, and Float-over
• Proficiency in SACS, GRL WEAP, and SESAM
• Experience with 3D model reviews using Navisworks
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Site experience in offshore environments
• Experience across the full project lifecycle (Feasibility through PMC)
• Adaptability and willingness to relocate to different centers or countries
