Responsibilities

• Develop and own the annual and quarterly offline marketing roadmap across regions
• Design offline initiatives for Top, Mid, and Bottom funnel activities including brand visibility and curated HNI meets
• Lead and mentor branch-level offline marketing coordinators and executives
• Identify and establish strategic relationships with associations, hospitals, and medical bodies
• Define premium brand experience guidelines and ensure consistency through structured SOPs
• Allocate regional offline marketing budgets and monitor ROI and funnel conversion impact
• Establish compliance protocols and ensure audit-ready processes are maintained

Requirements

• Minimum of a Graduation degree
• 7 years of experience, preferably in pharma, healthcare, or doctor-centric events
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and high-profile attendees
• Excellent coordination, communication, and vendor management skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Willingness to travel as per event requirements
