About the role
Responsibilities
- Define and lead Suno’s internal communications strategy, building company-wide and tailored approaches for the C-suite.
- Act as a strategic partner to the executive team to communicate with clarity during periods of growth and change.
- Design and scale culture-shaping moments, including all-hands meetings, offsites, and key internal touchpoints.
- Create an innovative employer brand program to attract exceptional talent and support hiring goals.
- Produce compelling, multi-channel storytelling across owned content, events, and digital channels.
- Partner with People, Talent, and HR teams to ensure organizational changes are articulated effectively.
- Establish feedback loops and measurement systems to evolve communication methods.
Requirements
- 10 years of experience in internal communications, ideally within high-growth or scaling tech environments.
- Exceptional writing and storytelling instincts with the ability to make complex ideas memorable.
- Proven experience partnering with senior executives and influencing at the highest levels.
- A builder mindset with a track record of 0 to 1 program development and creating systems from scratch.
- Strong cross-functional stakeholder management skills and the ability to align diverse teams.
- Ability to operate both strategically and tactically, managing both vision and day-to-day execution.
- Comfort navigating ambiguity and maintaining high standards in a fast-paced environment.
