Lead Occupational Therapist - Neurorehabilitation

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the occupational therapy team within the neurorehabilitation service
• Provide advanced clinical expertise for patients with neurological conditions
• Oversee service delivery, ensuring best practice and high-quality patient outcomes
• Support staff development through supervision, training, and mentorship
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic, patient-centered care

Requirements

• HCPC registration as an Occupational Therapist
• Significant experience in neurorehabilitation and complex neurological conditions
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Ability to work full-time or near full-time hours
