Lead - Night Shift Loading

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate night shift shipping and loading activities to meet daily targets
• Direct and support team members, assigning work and providing on-the-floor guidance
• Ensure safe, accurate loading and securement of glass products to prevent damage
• Verify shipments against documentation and customer requirements
• Coordinate with production to prioritize orders and maintain efficient workflow
• Enforce safety standards and support training, coaching, and continuous improvement

Requirements

• Proven leadership ability with a hands-on, team-oriented approach
• Experience in shipping, warehouse, or manufacturing environments
• Strong focus on safety, quality, and accuracy in a high-paced setting
• Ability to organize work, solve problems, and adapt to changing priorities
• Proficiency with or ability to learn material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts)
• Dependable with strong work ethic and willingness to work night shift
