Lead Network Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead the review, resolution, and implementation of complex technical issues related to large-scale network applications, data systems, and voice services.
• Design, implement, and optimize high-availability, resilient, and scalable enterprise campus and WAN architectures.
• Perform complex migrations from development to production, including upgrades, installations, and configurations.
• Drive technology refresh initiatives, capacity planning, and future-state network designs.
• Design and implement secure network solutions aligned with regulatory, security, and enterprise compliance requirements.
• Act as a senior escalation point for high-severity incidents and conduct thorough root-cause analysis (RCA).
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to network engineers and operations teams.
• Identify technology gaps and recommend process improvements, automation, and tooling enhancements to support Service Level Agreements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Network Engineering experience.
• Hands-on experience installing and supporting Cisco routers and switches in production environments.
• Expertise in SD-WAN solutions, including troubleshooting, automation, and templates.
• Experience with enterprise wireless deployments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics, or a related field.
• CCNA or CCNP certifications (Routing & Switching, Voice).
• Experience in high-density environments, such as trading floors.
• Proficiency in network automation and scripting.
