About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, implementation, and support of secure Process Control Network (PCN) environments
  • Manage firewall architecture, policy management, and network segmentation using the Purdue model
  • Utilize AlgoSec for firewall lifecycle management, policy analysis, compliance, and automation
  • Provide Tier-3 support for complex network incidents and coordinate with external vendors
  • Execute technical changes and manage incidents through ServiceNow
  • Develop technical designs, implementation plans, and test strategies for global industrial network deployments
  • Collaborate with global teams to drive automation, process improvement, and Agile delivery practices
  • Support BCP/DR activities and network resiliency initiatives to maintain reliable security infrastructure

Requirements

  • 10-15 years of experience in network engineering
  • Strong hands-on expertise with Palo Alto firewalls (mandatory)
  • Extensive experience with AlgoSec for policy analysis and automation
  • Proficiency with ServiceNow for incident and change management
  • Deep knowledge of routing and switching protocols including BGP, OSPF, VRF, and VLANs
  • Proven experience working within industrial, PCN, or OT network environments
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications

  • CCNP certification
  • Palo Alto (PCNSE) certification
  • Knowledge of the Purdue model and OT segmentation
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies
  • Exposure to network automation using Python or APIs
  • Experience with centralized firewall management tools such as Panorama
