Lead Network & Communications

Responsibilities

• Implement and administer enterprise network infrastructure including routers, L2/L3 switches, wireless solutions, load balancers, and remote access technologies
• Maintain security infrastructure across multiple vendors including NGFW, L3/L4 Firewalls, WAF, Identity and Access Control, and SASE
• Manage network segmentation, zoning, VPN connectivity, cryptography standards, and DoS/DDoS protection
• Administer and support enterprise voice and collaboration platforms including Avaya, Cisco, and Contact Center solutions
• Monitor network and security infrastructure using enterprise monitoring and logging tools to perform root cause analysis
• Lead troubleshooting and resolution of complex network, communication, and security incidents
• Ensure proper documentation, configuration management, backup validation, and disaster recovery readiness
• Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and outsourced support providers for project delivery

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 5–7 years of experience in enterprise network, security, and communication administration
• Strong hands-on experience with enterprise routing, switching, and wireless technologies
• Extensive experience with enterprise security solutions and web application firewalls
• Understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, segmentation models, and zero-trust concepts
• Proficiency in enterprise monitoring, logging, and troubleshooting tools
