Lead MRI Radiographer

Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of MRI scans autonomously across diverse patient groups
• Manage and develop radiographers working within and rotating through the MRI service
• Organise daily workload, optimize appointment scheduling, and coordinate equipment maintenance
• Produce monthly and annual service performance reports
• Liaise with clinicians on scan referrals
• Support service development and training across the Brighton centre and satellite sites

Requirements

• BSc Diagnostic Radiography or DCR equivalent
• Current HCPC registration
• Significant post-qualification MRI experience
• Strong cross-sectional imaging background
• Cannulation qualification
• Previous experience in management or service leadership
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
• Must be based in the UK
